After my previous Etsy supplier (who I'd used for several years) didn't respond to my messages, I was so relieved to find this Shartruese so that I could continue giving my year 12 students their personalised keyring as a graduation gift.
Shar was incredibly responsive from the start. She not only replied quickly but was happy to accommodate my special request to engrave the keyrings on both sides. She even sent through mock-ups for approval before going ahead, which made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. The turnaround time was unbelievably fast, and when the keyrings arrived, I was genuinely blown away. They look amazing (way better than the previous ones!), the engraving is crisp and clean, and the quality exceeded my expectations.
