My name is Shar and I am Single Mum to Sunny, Layne and Kingston. My children continue to inspire me and remind me every day to keep striving for greatness.

Shartruese began with a simple belief - that the most meaningful personalised gifts are the ones made intentionally, by hand, with the person receiving them held in mind the whole time.

I'm a small Perth based handmade gift studio, designing and crafting every piece myself - from laser engraved timber plaques and personalised keepsakes to textured home décor with a story behind it. Every order is made to order, which means nothing leaves my studio "close enough." It's created specifically for you, and for the person you're gifting it to.

I work with premium natural timbers - chosen for their warmth, grain, and the way they age like they were always meant to be kept. Using precision laser cutting and hand sanding, I turn names, dates, and the words you couldn't quite find yourself into something you can hold. It's a level of detail mass produced, big-box gifts simply can't match.

Every piece is finished by hand in my Perth studio - sanded, checked, and packaged with care before it ever reaches your door. What arrives isn't just a wooden gift or a custom keepsake - it's something made to be kept, not unwrapped and forgotten.
